Access denied on iOS but not on android

Hello,

I have a problem that is only faced on iPad. I have access denied on interactive frames inside the course material but I don’t have the same on android or normal browser.

I contacted the university and they advised to use my pc instead which is really not practical for me.

any thought or ideas?
